At Pack Stuff we believe that when you purchase a premium product, you deserve a premium service. To provide our customers with the Pack Stuff experience they deserve, we offer on-going maintenance and servicing on all packing machinery within the UK, not just our own.
With engineers located throughout the UK, Pack Stuff’s Rapid Response team will be on-site within 24 hours.
What's Included?
Included with each purchase is a 12–15-month parts only warranty and free lifetime telephone support.
If your problem cannot be solved over the telephone or in the event of an emergency, we will send an engineer to you, subject to a call-out charge as well as any parts and labour required for the repair.
The best maintenance, however, is preventative maintenance.
We offer contracted maintenance services that include an annual safety check, to ensure the continual and effective running of your production. This includes a visual inspection, greasing and cleaning of all moving parts.
In the event of a breakdown, contracted customers receive priority over non-contracted customers as well as a discount on all call-out charges.
Parts and labour are not included in the event of a breakdown. All contracts are paid annually and upfront.
